Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc / Diploma from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division / class or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure theoretical and practical training as per training module for SDP (Skills Development Programme).
∎ Prepare time chart, session plan, CBLM and update module as per sector's demand.
∎ Ensure purchase requisition and material usage report.
∎ Support for learner acquisition and admission process.
∎ Ensure formative and summative assessment during the course period.
∎ Maintain and update all record and report as per project requirement.
∎ Communicate with BTEB/ NSDA for learners’ NSC level: 1-4 assessment.
∎ Keep in standard learner dropout ratio and quality training as per module.
∎ Build connection with employer and assist job placement team for job placement of learner.
∎ Input data on Taroworks platform and communicate with concerned team in this regard.
∎ Maintain proper management, discipline, accountability and transparency of the BRAC-ISD; demonstrate professionalism in attitude, conduct and behavior and adhere to BRAC Values, SDP Decent Work and Social Inclusion guidelines
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2/3 years (02 years for BSC and 03 years for Diploma) of relevant work experience in any reputed training institute / development organisation/ related sector
∎ NTVQF Level -1/2 in self-occupations and CBT&A Level – 4 (assessor and trainer part)
∎ Understanding of TVET sector and economic and social context of the country
∎ Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
