Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from any recognised public/private medical college with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure conduction of timely training and make lesson plans
∎ Collaborate with the doctors of Centre for Palliative Care Unit, BSMMU and relevant organisations
∎ Develop mid-term and final questionnaires for the assessment test
∎ Conduct assessment of learners in collaboration with BSMMU and other partner hospitals and home based care service providers
∎ Make monthly report and provide it to relevant channels
∎ Communicate with partner organisations during the internship period of learners
∎ Conduct research for identifying the new scopes, redressal of gaps for the improvement of the training
∎ Incorporate the insights and update training curriculum
∎ Ensure database update and conduct field visit as per requirement
∎ Closely work with the decent work and quality assurance team of BRAC-SDP and modify curriculum for getting accreditation from national authority
∎ Develop reports after each training phase addressing the training scopes, gaps, potential solutions, and learners feedback
∎ Prepare training modules and contents as per requirement
∎ Develop learner selection criteria and conduct day to day training
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous work experience in the field of medicine, palliative care, geriatric care and physiotherapy will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on medicine, physiology, human anatomy, palliative care, clinical terms and use of different medical instruments
∎ Ability to complete primary and secondary research
∎ Good report writing, presentation and documentation skills
∎ High efficiency in MS Office tools
∎ Proficiency in facilitating/conducting training
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English and Bangla
