∎ A clear understanding of project deliverables and reporting.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package and capacity to manage project requirements including MIS (online/offline).
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Track record to conduct CBT&A training and experience in working with CS, CBLM, Lesson plan and Session plan development will get a high preference.
∎ Must have CBT&A Level- 1 or 2 under NSDA.
∎ CBT&A Level-4 NSDA/BTEB certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct theoretical and practical classes according to the routine and as per the CS of BTEB/NSDA and lesson plan of MSS Technical Institute.
∎ Prepare time chart, session plan/semester plan, workshop by laboratory instruction sheet at the beginning of each semester/batch.
∎ Prepare and update CBLM & module as per sectors demand.
∎ Ensure purchase requisition and material usage report.
∎ Support for learner acquisition and admission process.
∎ Ensure formative and summative assessment of students during the course period.
∎ Prepare and maintain students profile, result sheets and tabulation sheets/examination records.
∎ Prepare and maintain documents related to BTEB/NSDA as per requirement.
∎ Make effective use/re-use of teaching resource and equipment etc.
∎ Carryout/periodic timely maintenance of the equipment etc.
∎ Assist in preparing departmental budget (if any).
∎ Guide and train the new teachers to get used to the system of the Institute.
∎ Maintain all registers (Attendance register, record register, lesson plan register, notice register etc.)
∎ Counsel to the guardians/parents as and when required.
∎ Maintain and update all record and report as per requirement.
∎ Maintain total secrecy and confidentiality in respect of the institutional affairs and uphold the dignity of the institution.
∎ To assist assessment of the students on progress of skills development.
∎ Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS), a leading national level non-governmental organization, was established by a group of students of Dhaka Residential Model School/ College and later of the University of Dhaka in 1974 with the aim to provide succor to the underserved flood-stricken people.
