Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/BSc/MSc in Engineering in Electrical Technology/EEE from any reputed institution with minimum 1st Div./GPA 3.00.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare class routine, conduct the classes as per academic schedules and maintain institutional results with the requirement of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).
∎ To maintain exam preparation, result publication, daily attendance report preparation, lab report preparation and other BTEB and institutional reports preparation and submission on or before deadline.
∎ To initiate/maintain industry visits for guest lecture invitation, industrial tour, industrial attachment training, and industrial linkage and ensure job placement.
∎ To participate in student admission process, student and guardian counselling for increasing attendance, financial clearance, and arrange guardian meeting and co-curricular events.
∎ To ensure students activities in project making, skills club activities, job fair arrangement and skills competition by keeping Labs updated and decorated.
∎ To participate in daily monitoring activities, different club activities, learning workshops, need based training and institutional development training by personally and institutionally.
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the UIST authority/Principal/Vice-principal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficient in MS Office package.
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
