Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute in-process quality assessments in alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Monitor and verify real-time production activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QMS protocols

  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and chemical inputs to validate conformity with quality benchmarks

  • Assess and uphold factory hygiene standards through routine audits and corrective measures

  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the facility by overseeing implementation and delivering staff training sessions

  • Authenticate and review Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Program (OPRP) data across all production lines

  • Audit and confirm the accuracy of batch formulation and calculation records

  • Evaluate the quality of raw materials prior to their integration into production batches

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or assignments as delegated by management, in alignment with organizational objectives
