Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in CSE/ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Implement comprehensive IT Security Policies, Procedures, and best practices,
∎ Monitor, assess and enhance the organization's Information Security posture,
∎ Oversee and manage IT Governance and Compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standard and regulations,
∎ Conduct risk assessment and vulnerability assessment,
∎ Response to and mitigate security incident and breaches;
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive continuous improvement in security and governance;
∎ Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends;
∎ Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practice
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
∎ Minimum 04 to 8 years' experience, depending on the rank applied for
∎ At least three years of proven experience in ICT Security, Information Security & IT Governance,
∎ Having professional certification in ICT Security will be given preference.
∎ Experience in performing forensics, malware reverse engineering, and penetration testing would be considered an asset.
∎ Strong knowledge of Financial Industry regulations & compliance requirements,
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
∎ Participate in the cybersecurity incident management.
∎ Monitor developments in the technology security sector
∎ Ability to work independent and as part of team
Salary:
