Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
∎ Report to the Food Security Sector Coordinator and respond to the Sector's Membership's needs for information;
∎ Provide IM services for key decision-making including; data collection, collation, analysis and information dissemination.
∎ Continue sector activities in absence of the sector coordinator.
∎ Maintain and regularly update (on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis) the existing IM products to ensure all are up to date. In particularly:
∎ the contact directory and mailing list;
∎ the Who does What Where and When (4W) database and derivative products, such as charts and maps;
∎ if / when it becomes relevant, the Who does What Where and When (4W) database tracking post emergency response and the consequent mapping of Food Security resources, needs and gaps as requested. This may include needs and gap identification for the sector, facilitating and agreeing boundaries/benchmarks to enable prioritisation within the sector).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having cluster Information Management training is an asset.
∎ Language: Fluency in English and Bangla (both oral and written)
∎ Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience - preferably in the humanitarian field and emergency. Experienced on Cluster approach is an asset

Salary: Tk. 188945 (Monthly)
