• Age 24 to 30 years

• Excellent analytical ability.

• Strong English communication skill (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Power BI is a strong preference.

• A’ Level qualification is an added advantage.

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and operational requirements

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non functional requirements using BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases

• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements for technical and delivery teams

• Conduct current state and future state process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis to support solution design and change initiatives

• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Support solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business expectations

• Prepare and manage UAT plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria; support users during UAT execution

• Validate delivered solutions against approved requirements and business objectives

• Maintain clear documentation, version control, and traceability of requirements

• Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment

• Support post implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
