∎ Key Results
∎ Assess the current situation of IPC against international and national updated standards, and identify the challenges and gaps to provide quality health care service through strengthening of IPC by the health team, with the support by Technical Advisor & Facility in charge.
∎ Disseminate information and updates on the information on IPC, both from national and international guidelines.
∎ Coordinate IPC related activities with the support by Team Lead and/Technical. This includes to develop an operational plan for the health team, to ensure the quality implementation, and to create and maintain a regular monitoring plan. The activity also includes directly supervision of the activity during the implementation and monitoring.
∎ Assess and maintain the IPC supply, and develop and operate a plan on how to maintain them in the facilities and warehouse without any gap.
∎ With support from Team Lead, establish and maintain a robust decontamination (disinfection, sterilization), waste management including safe body disposal system.
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness of the facility including all the department and within the boundary, with the consultation of clinic lead.
∎ Develop nurses schedule and ensure nursing responsibilities are executed to national and international standards.
∎ Perform any other roles and responsibilities assigned by the supervisory hierarchy in relation to health service delivery.
