Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct precise sales requirement analysis and surveys of industrial facilities, structures, machinery foundations, and utility systems as per KPI.

• Prepare detailed onsite site-door to door factory client requirement collection, plans, layout drawings, and reports based on collected survey data as per KPI.

• Verify factory client specifications, dimensions, alignments, and elevations during requirement analysis as per KPI.

• Support engineering and project teams by providing accurate engineering service delivery as per KPI.

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Monitor site progress and provide technical input for engineering service delivery.

• Maintain and calibrate/testing/ survey equipment and ensure the accuracy of all measurements as per KPI.

• Prepare and maintain documentation, survey records, and reports for project archives.

• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to meet technical and project requirements.

• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering sales and requirement data analysis.

• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in industrial environments (factories, plants, refineries, etc.).

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Adherence to safety and quality management systems
