Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate directly with clients through phone calls and messages to understand their needs, share updates, and maintain strong relationships.
Manage and grow the company’s social media pages across all major platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Plan and post engaging content following the brand’s strategy and marketing calendar.
Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, captions, and campaign planning.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and client queries across platforms.
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure engagement and improve results.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and online platforms.
Create, edit, and publish engaging visual and written content (photos, videos, reels, posts).
Collaborate with the design and sales team for marketing materials and promotions.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
Manage company social media pages and online community engagement.
