Job Context:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Diploma Engineer (Industrial Engineering & Planning). Who has practical experience in Furniture Industry

Responsibilities:

• Prepare production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce time, cost, and waste.
• Apply lean manufacturing and industrial engineering principles.
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively.
• Maintain records of resource utilization and recommend adjustments.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for production operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking.
