Job Context:
We are looking for experienced and passionate Diploma Engineer (Industrial Engineering & Planning). Who has practical experience in Furniture Industry
Responsibilities:
- Prepare production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce time, cost, and waste.
- Apply lean manufacturing and industrial engineering principles.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively.
- Maintain records of resource utilization and recommend adjustments.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for production operations.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking.
