Support the Industrial Engineering team in improving production efficiency, learning time and motion study techniques, and assisting in workflow optimization on the factory floor. This is an entry-level position for candidates with up to 1 year of RMG IE experience.

• Assist in collecting and analyzing daily production data.

• Support time and motion studies to help determine Standard Minute Value (SMV).

• Assist in line balancing and workflow optimization under supervision.

• Monitor operator efficiency and report deviations.

• Work closely with supervisors and senior IE officers to implement process improvements.

• Maintain records of SMV, line layouts, and efficiency reports.
