∎ Industrial Engineers in garment manufacturing job should have minimum of 1 year of skill;
∎ Must have better knowledge of reading writing and speaking Bengali and English;
∎ Good team work ability;

∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be able to Calculate the Rate of Individual Sewing Operations and Daily set the target using proper Cycle Time;
∎ Able to find out the Evaluation of existing production target and fix a new production target;
∎ Must have good knowledge of garment-related jobs such as Pattern, Cutting, Sewing and QA/Finishing;
∎ Must be able to find out Smooth sample operation procedure;
∎ Must have good knowledge to all basic components of Garments and all Accessories (such as Fabric Character, Button rivet, All Label, Printing and Embroidery);
∎ Must have better knowledge of Computer all office file (such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photo editor Studio) Mail Communication and internet browsing;
∎ Must have ability to review properly Buyer provided file (TP, TF, PID, PDM) before going to make sample and if any comments needed, ensure to concern department head;
∎ Willing to perform any other duties/works as assigned by superiors;
∎ Capable to monitor the work of all Subordinates;
∎ Capable to ensure all documents are maintained and controlled on a daily basis;
∎ Good able to develop or make a plan within a short time for any critical section;
∎ Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office.
