Job Context :

Delmas Apparels (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a young, energetic, dynamic and potential individual for its Industrial Engineering Department.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare & monitor the layout of equipment, materials and work space to achieve maximum efficiency.

2. Study individual operator's performance and train up them.

3. Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.

4. Coordinate with Sewing Line Chief and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job.

5. Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth productivity.

6. Prepare monthly production report, efficiency report & machine break down report etc.

7. Design proper work methods for workers, staffs, and specific products.

8. Design control systems to minimize production cost and resolve production issues.

9. Suggest methods for increasing production, productivity & efficiency.

10. Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.

11. Develop management control systems to ensure better production planning & controlling cost at optimum level.

12. Find out reasons for defects, wastage and ensure solution.

13. Develop quality control process to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost.
