∎ HSC
∎ The candidate who has a hotel management degree/long certification courses in a relevant field is also eligible to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that food is cooked are as per KOT and BEOs
∎ Cooking food in a timely manner
∎ Ingredients of the food must be maintained as per the set menu
∎ Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
∎ Oversee food preparation, checking that sections staff are performing their duties on time
∎ Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
∎ Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
∎ Train respective sections of the kitchen staff
∎ Should have sound knowledge of hotel hygiene and health protocols
∎ Studying each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience at any branded hotels and restaurants either at home or abroad.

Salary: Negotiable
