Experience

• At least 10-15 years of advance experience in managing hotel operations, with an emphasis on sales and marketing.

• Candidate with International Hotel work experience are encouraged to apply.

Staff Management:

• Lead, train, and mentor supervisors and staffs in all areas of the hotel.

• Develop staff performance to ensure optimal staffing levels across all operations.

• Conduct performance reviews, staff training, and continuous development programs to enhance team productivity.

Financial Management:

• Work with teams to control costs, manage inventory, and maximize profitability. Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to oversee daily operations at our multifaceted concern, which includes a restaurant, banquet hall, and hotel services. The Executive Director will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, optimize guest experience, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest levels of service quality. The role involves physical activity such as inspecting facilities, visiting company and attending to operational need.

Sales & Marketing Support:

• Work closely with the Sales team to support sales strategies and promotions that drive customer engagement and repeat visits.

• Assist with planning and executing special events, packages, and campaigns to attract new guests.
