∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform various types of inspections while identifying and controlling non-conforming product during production.
∎ Provide solutions and guide factories proactively to avoid non-conforming product
∎ Adhere to ZXY Quality Assurance systems and procedures within manufacturing units, sub contract units such as embroidery, print, washing etc.
∎ Ensure ZXY Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained throughout the entire order cycle
∎ Ensure Quality Auditors (QA) and Quality Controllers (QC) are receiving complete style files with details and sample approval as per T&A
∎ Ensure QA/QC and factories maintain ZXY manufacturing process controls
∎ Ensure PP Sample and Tech pack comments have been actioned in bulk
∎ Ensure ZXY QA/QC and factory QA team maintain measurement records and ensure correct measurement techniques are applied through thorough checking of the bulk production garments measurements
∎ Ensure bulk production is as per Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and Tech pack
∎ Ensure bulk packaging is as per Tech pack and customer packing manual and comments
∎ Check style files, previous day's measurement and quality reports of ZXY QA/QC and factory to understand issues in relevant areas to focus on during factory visits
∎ Accompany ZXY QA/QC or factory FM/QAM during process inspection
∎ Ensure ZXY Process / Technical SOP is implemented and maintained throughout the order cycle
∎ Ensure pressing and packing quality against tech pack, trim card and other approvals
∎ Ensure carton marking, ration and packaging as per Tech pack and other approvals as provided by merchandisers
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 years relevant experience in quality audit and management as certified QA from a reputed brand, preferably in a reputed 3rd party audit firm or license office
∎ Candidates having ISO Lead Auditor certification will get preference
∎ Applicants should have good working experience with composite units
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Knits and Sweaters, Pattern Making, Quality Control/Audit, Printing, Embroidery and Washing
∎ Must have product knowledge in Circular, Fine and Flat Knits
∎ Knowledge in textile and prints will be a definite advantage
∎ Should have thorough knowledge about garment measurements and patterns
∎ Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality operations and procedures
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
