Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Automobile Engineering from any reputed institute / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Automobile Workshop Management, Transport Maintenance, Transport Management Admin at Garments Divisions
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Sweater Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making arrangements to ensure that the vehicles are maintained properly, including the inspection of vehicles at the appropriate time and the action taken to remedy defects found.
∎ Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance, fuel loading and servicing schedule of the vehicles are followed.
∎ Strictly act upon the CNG/Petrol/Diesel filling mechanism approved by the Management.
∎ Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles.
∎ Process Registration works of new vehicle and Renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles.
∎ Handle shift's drivers & helper’s grievances, road expenses, unloading labor availability and resolving instant road obstructions under acceptable manner as & when arise.
∎ Main job area is servicing & maintenance of vehicles, legal documents update & prepare duty roster of delivery van (Drivers, Covered van, truck & lorry).
∎ Establish quality transportation services.
∎ Plan and implement budgets.
∎ Lead all distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities.
∎ Supervise / monitor maintenance of vehicles (Light and Heavy).
∎ Minimize the cost of Maintenance using inter workshop / Machine.
∎ Handle the matter related to untoward situation / accident very efficiently and cost effectively.
∎ Making arrangements to ensure that the vehicle/s are not overloaded.
∎ Maintain vehicle log sheet and submit regular and comprehensive weekly & monthly monitoring report to the management.
∎ Ensure Proper documentation (Matter with BRTA) of all vehicles in time.
∎ Monitoring the down trip of vehicles in a profitable manner.
∎ Any other assignment is given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership ability to manage people.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication in ENGLISH & BANGLA.
∎ Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
