Experience:

• At least 5 years

Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Islamic Studies/Arabic, Business Administration/ Banking and Finance / Marketing / Management /Economics / Bank Management/ any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant desk/field preferably in a reputed Islami Banking Organization.

• Must have sound knowledge in Islamic Economics/Finance and Banking.

• In-depth knowledge of Islami Sariah, Islami Asset & Liability Products, Profit Distribution Systems in Islami Banking.

• Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.

• Problem solving & decision making capacity.

• Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Word, Excel etc.

• Must be hard working with fervent attitude. Amicable personality & Positive attitude.

Work as In-charge of Islami Banking Windows (IBWs) of the Bank to achieve business targets and to perform, supervise & monitor all required services of the IBWs.

• Overall supervision & monitoring of General Banking, Accounts, Investment Operations, Cash Operations, Trade Services & Other General Functions of the Islami Banking Windows (IBWs).

• Achieve set targets in terms of procurement of Deposit, Accounts, Debit Card, Credit Card, Investment, Import, Export, Bank Guarantee etc. and Fees & Charges Income.

• Manage Clients’ Accounts, dispute handling, sound customer service, compliance of Laws and Regulations.

• Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues of IBWs.

• Provide professional services of Islami Banking products to address a wide range of customers’ financial needs.

• Ensure submitting various reports accurately and on timely basis.

• Ensure a working environment where customer can get best attention and quality services.

• Ensure compliances of Regulatory requirements and operational guidelines of the Bank in day to day operations.

• Ensure compliance of Shariah Rules, Guidelines, Circulars, Instructions of Bangladesh Bank, other Regulatory Authorities and CHQ in operation of the Islami Banking Windows.

• Check the daily voucher & transactions, Books of Accounts and security stationeries of the Islami Banking Windows.

• Comply & mitigate the observation of Audit, Inspection & Investigation Report of Internal & External Authorities on regular basis.

• Update KYC profile as per prevailing BFIU Circulars.

• Provide remittance services (local & foreign), locker services.

• Train up IBW Officials with knowledge of Islami Banking Operations & Services.

• Monitor, control and supervise the development of other respective Conventional Branches, Sub-Branches, Agent Banking Outlets under the Islami Banking Windows.

• Performe any other job as and when assigned by the Branch & Head Office Management.
