Job Context:
∎ Jamuna Life Insurance Company Limited is one of the most popular life Insurance Companies in the country. The Company will recruit the In-charge of "Training Department" with attractive salary-allowance and other facilities.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Motijheel, Dhaka-1000

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and team.
∎ Observe sales encounters and conducts skill gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Helps determine the training needs for individuals and sales teams.
∎ Monitor sales objective and results.
∎ Collect feedback from trainees and manager abuts training courses.
∎ Report on impact of training programs (e.g sales achieved, skill improvement etc.) Stay updated with current insurance market trends and changing demands of corporate sales environment.
∎ Motivational training for sales process.
∎ Presentation of Company profiles and insurance policy.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years with 5 (Five) years working experience in senior level motivational training for sale process in the related filed.
∎ Preference will be given to applicants from reputed Life Insurance Companies of the country.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Must be a team leader with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-exposure in a high pressure work place.
∎ Computer literacy.
