DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC is leading aluminium profile manufacturer in Bangladesh specializing in architectural and industrial applications.
We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of in charge – (Security)
Major Job Responsibilities:
Ensure overall security of factory premises, assets, and employees
Supervise and control all security guards and their duties
Prepare and maintain duty roster, attendance, and shift schedules
Monitor entry & exit (visitor, vehicle, materials) and maintain registers
Operate and monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems
Conduct regular patrolling and inspection of sensitive areas
Ensure proper gate pass system for goods movement
Handle emergency situations (fire, theft, accident) immediately
Maintain coordination with local police, fire service, and management
Conduct training, briefing, and discipline control of guards
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly security reports
