Responsibilities & Context:
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly & annual targets
Manage overall day-to-day store operations smoothly
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, footfall, average basket size)
Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
Design attractive product displays to maximize sales
Supervise, train and motivate store team members
Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize shrinkage
Coordinate with marketing/brand team for campaigns & promotions
Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs
