Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinate.
∎ A meeting arranges on daily to short brief to the subordinate and gives them decision on the spot if any problem arises.
∎ Meeting with buying Q.C and if required give them proper decision regarding quality related matters.
∎ Provide the disposition on fabric shade, body with rib shade compare with rib shade. During floor visit, in cutting section check the fabric lay, cut panel, in sewing check the complete garments, in dyeing finishing check fabric quality related matters.
∎ Follow-up the daily in line inspection and Garments measurement report.
∎ Train-up the newly recruited quality control employees.
∎ Monitor the work of Q.C work station employees.
∎ Arrange necessary training on all the Q.A. employee to fulfill the buyer's quality guideline and any new problem of quality system.
∎ To attend the buyer's final inspection
∎ Follow the Q.A related ISO & GPQ procedure.
∎ Follow up the all quality related records with signature.
∎ Follow up the daily attendance of subordinate.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Management
∎ Willingness to work independently and under pressure
∎ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Good ability to work in a team and good social skills.
