∎ Proficiency in MS Office and email.

∎ Supervise lounge staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
∎ Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained to enhance the overall traveler experience.
∎ Address client feedback and implement improvements to exceed customer expectations.
∎ Ensure compliance with airport regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
∎ Maintain and enforce cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the lounge and kitchen.
∎ Effectively manage resources, including staffing levels, equipment, and inventory.
∎ Optimize resource allocation to meet operational demands and cost-efficiency goals.
∎ Liaise with various stakeholders, including airport authorities, vendors, and airlines, to foster positive relationships.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
∎ Monitor and manage the operational budget, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
∎ Implement strategies to maximize revenue generation while maintaining high service standards.
∎ Develop and implement training programs for lounge staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
∎ Oversee inventory levels and manage the ordering of food supplies and ingredients.
∎ Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
∎ Implement and enforce proper sanitation and hygiene practices within the kitchen.
∎ Optimize the kitchen layout for efficiency and workflow.
∎ Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment.
