Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor's degree
∎ Graduation/Diploma in related sector preferred.
Job Context:
∎ You will be in charge front desk of a business-class airport lounge in the domestic terminal.
∎ Representing a prestigious bank and meet & greet their highly valued guests.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Domestic Airport Lounge, Osmani International Airport, Sylhet.
∎ Domestic Airport Lounge, Cox`s Bazar Airport, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Duty: 9 hrs (Roster Duty)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet inbound guests/ passengers.
∎ Oversee all front and back of the operations.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Able to work under pressure with roster duty.
∎ Perform transactions through the POS terminal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Airlines, Hospitality sector, Airport Lounge, Hotel management will be preferred.
∎ Freshers can also apply.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 23000 (Monthly)
