• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in resort, International standard chain restaurant, franchises, and projects etc, with at least 5 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

•  The site engineer works closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan the construction process, set timelines, and ensure that the project stays on track.
• Ensuring the health and safety of all personnel on the construction site is a critical responsibility of the site engineer.
• Ensure that the design and construction of the project comply as per the architectural design.
• Oversee day-to-day activities including site preparation, and finishing.
• Keep detailed records of project activities, including plans, permits, contracts, correspondence, and financial documents.
• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that work progresses according to schedule and quality standards.
• Take the appropriate measures to control the cost.
