Responsibilities & Context:
  •  Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company`s business locally and internationally, in alignment with the organization`s goals and objectives.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities for growth. Analyze market data to develop informed strategies for business expansion.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as establish new partnerships with potential clients. Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

  •  International Communication: Possess strong communication skills, particularly in international contexts. Effectively communicate with clients, partners, and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring clear understanding and collaboration.

  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Assist negotiations with clients to secure contracts, partnerships, and agreements. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and its clients.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support business development efforts. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.

  •  Market Expansion Strategies: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including exploring new geographic regions, industries, and market segments. Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and capitalize on emerging trends.

  •  Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.

  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business development and international markets.
