∎ As the Manager of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service at our premium lounges, which cater to international travelers. You will ensure that our guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience, while meeting our standards of safety, hygiene, and profitability.
∎ Duty Hours: At least 9 Hours
∎ Location: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and operation of airport kitchen, Airport Bar, and multiple airport lounges.
∎ Training, and supervising lounge and Bar staff.
∎ Handling customer & client feedback and complaints.
∎ Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations and airport security protocols.
∎ Preparing reports and budgets for senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least four years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in an airport or 5-star hotel setting
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
∎ A customer-oriented and service-minded attitude
∎ A flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
