∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla; additional languages are an advantage
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Professional appearance and demeanor
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
∎ Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
∎ Handle guest inquiries and provide information about lounge services, amenities, and local attractions
∎ Coordinate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
∎ Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of lounge usage
∎ Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
∎ Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
∎ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
