∎ Graduation from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
GPQ, Quality, RQS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Budgeted Dyeing Production and balancing of Dyeing and Finishing prod to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of finished fabric with quality and full quantity.
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities by reducing Manpower Cost, Chemical consumption, reduce Process Loss and improve the market competitiveness.
∎ To establish the Operational SOPs for all the Sections and Processes and monitor the proper execution of the same.
∎ To establish a process to provide the need-based training to Subordinates and Operators.
∎ Ensure Compliance at work place to meet the requirements of Technical & Social Audit.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Knit Dyeing Production.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skill.
