∎ MBA/Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: KEPZ, Chittagong

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up the soft winding and hard winding production procedure as per dye requirement.
∎ To ensure winding quality parameter as per requirement.
∎ To ensure the production efficiency up to 80%.
∎ Must have leadership capability for well conducting to winding section.
∎ To follow up the work order / job wise production and report to same as management.
∎ To proper follow up the actual material stock level.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Should have winding and un-winding knowledge for cotton, polyester and nylon yarn.
∎ Report to department Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years’ experience in yarn dyeing
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Must have basic computer skill, Ms Word, Ms Excel, E mail etc.

Salary: Negotiable
