Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favoured brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They have their own blending plant and are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the positions for required Department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for blending & Packaging operations of lube oil Products. Manage with ensuring quality of these products in association with Laboratory.
∎ To manage the blending & Packaging operations such that the products are available as per demand by making an effective and efficient planning.
∎ To develop employees to ensure all levels of manpower have diversified skills such that any activity in blending and Packaging area always has manpower coverage.
∎ Responsible for receiving Base oil from flexi bags and maintaining Base oil and Additive receiving procedure and SHE policy.
∎ Coordinate maintenance and repair of all LOBP equipment. Ensure that a preventive maintenance program is in place for the blending & Packaging line.
∎ Ensure operations, plant procedures and documentation comply with PIAQA & IMS guidelines.
∎ Ensures that products are manufactured on time and in accordance with the weekly production plan. Ensures that bookings of all manufacturing transactions are done correctly and on-time.
∎ Writing operation instructions to be compliance with PIAQA & IMS guidelines.
∎ Ensure finished products meet quality standards within a high volume/order drive production environment.
∎ Other activities as instructed by the plant manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 Years of Operation Experience in Lube Oil/FMCG/ chemical
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Manage team members well
