Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Accounting or Finance
∎ CA - CC is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Micro Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide an annual holistic opinion on the effectiveness and adequacy of risk management, control and governance processes.
∎ Analyze audit findings and recommendations with the management of the various functions.
∎ Coordinate with field staff, regular follow up and take steps to solve Audit objection.
∎ Developing the annual compliance work plan that reflects the Shakti Foundation's highest risks and it will be monitored according to the compliance function as determined by conducting a mandatory annual risk assessment.
∎ Developing policies and programs that encourage managers and employees to report suspected fraud and other improprieties without fear of retaliation.
∎ Reporting on a regular basis on the progress of implementation, and assisting these components in establishing methods to improve efficiency and quality of services, and to reduce the vulnerability of fraud, abuse, and waste.
∎ Give recommendation based on audit objection for Staff transfer, resignation, contract renews, confirmation, promotion etc.
∎ Solve all the compliance's in an audit within a month.
∎ Monthly reporting to the Head of the department regarding solved and remaining audit objections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 5 years' working experience in the Micro-finance field and 2 years' experience in Audit Compliance.
∎ Good understanding of Micro-finance operation in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have excellent writing skills in preparing reports both in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer literacy is must.
∎ Should have practical Experience in traveling in different Districts.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
