Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business
Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
- Carryout and ensure the smooth handover of raw materials.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality, best price, and best service.
- Gather Indents, quotations, collate to alternative sources, prepare comparative statement of all raw materials.
- Perform weekly shipment planning by reviewing the material consumption statement.
- Forecast and supply monthly demand of raw material quantities.
- Collect freight quotations from Forwarders for Sea, Air, and by road.
- Maintain relationship with local, national & international courier service provider.
- Check, Process, and submit the customs duty payments, shipping, and port charges.
- Release the consignment from the port yard.
- Report to the management on Purchase Orders, Material updates, Shipment status, and contingencies.
- Provide support in processing bills.
- Attend and respond to customer enquiries.
- Assist superiors to carry out their responsibilities as & when instructed
- Coordinate with fellow peers and other department to work effectively.
