Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driving data-based organizational learning:
∎ Driving organizational learning on key assumptions identified in our ToC
∎ Account-level and expertise-level analysis of results
∎ Strategic recommendations to Impact Leaders, Topic Leads, Project Managers based on analysis of impact data
∎ Follow-up on implementation of learnings, writing case studies
∎ Internal capacity-building and project support on impact measurement
∎ Training our global staff in impact measurement (IM):
∎ Providing input to project proposals
∎ Facilitating internal sharing and learning sessions on IM
∎ Ensuring the availability and quality of impact data
∎ Quality control of output and outcome data:
∎ Managing third party impact assessment
∎ Improving the Bopinc IM framework with elements of relevant, globally recognized approaches
∎ Input to external communications:
∎ Co-creating and publishing content with the Communications team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Impact measurement professional with min. 3 years of relevant experience in private sector development
∎ Passion for making private sector development work for low-income consumers and entrepreneurs
∎ Affinity with data-based learning
∎ Knowledge of and experience with several impact measurement frameworks and standards such as the DCED Standards, the 5 dimensions of impact by IMP, the OECD DAC criteria, etc.
∎ Knowledge of and experience with several assessment methods and frameworks related to inclusion of low-income consumers and entrepreneurs such as the PPI, SEC and living standards, Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P), etc.
∎ Expertise in developing research designs, setting up, implementing and managing impact evaluation and learning
∎ Pro-active and independent worker
∎ Strong communication, facilitation and training skills
∎ Familiarity with some of the markets where we work
∎ Experience working in a project-based organisation with complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
∎ Experience in project implementation
∎ Understanding of the dynamics of inclusive business and social enterprises
