Responsibilities & Context:
Provide effective counseling to clients regarding student visa procedure, work permit visa procedure and immigration programs.
Maintain clear and confident communication in Bangla and English both over the phone and in person.
Process, record, and maintain all necessary client files.
Understand and explain visa procedure and immigration programs.
Build strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Maintain proper grooming and professional behavior in the work place.
