Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and monitor job/work opportunities from international freelance marketplaces like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
Research and identify potential clients from the local market (corporate offices, agencies, SMEs, etc.).
Visit local corporate offices to explore and collect project requirements related to digital, IT, and marketing services.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to generate regular work leads.
Maintain and manage active profiles on freelance platforms to track new job postings.
Assist in preparing bids, proposals, or presentations for both local and international clients.
Maintain a database of collected leads from both online platforms and corporate visits.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed work.
Provide weekly reports summarizing freelance job trends and local client needs.
