Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with the latest IELTS exam trends and formats.

Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
Deliver engaging and interactive classes focusing on the four key areas of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
Student Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
Provide detailed and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
Identify individual student needs and tailor lessons accordingly.
Resource Development: Create and update instructional materials and resources.
Stay current with IELTS exam formats and requirements to ensure teaching materials are up-to-date.
Student Support: Offer one-on-one support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours.
Motivate and encourage students to achieve their target scores.
Address any academic or personal concerns that may affect student performance.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies.
