Lake View Convention, a prestigious banquet hall and convention renowned for its scenic lake-facing ambiance and premium event facilities, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Banquet Hall / Convention Hall Manager to lead overall operations, sales, and service excellence in line with international hospitality standards.
The role requires a strategic leader capable of managing large-scale events, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end banquet and convention operations, ensure seamless event execution, and develop strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and business partners to position Lake View Convention as a preferred destination for high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all operational aspects of Lake View Convention, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue from corporate events, weddings, social functions, conferences, and conventions
Ensure exceptional guest service and event execution aligned with premium hospitality standards
Plan, coordinate, and supervise high-profile events, conventions, and large-scale banquets from concept to completion
Lead, train, and manage operations, sales, and service teams to maintain high performance and service quality
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, vendors, and strategic partners
Monitor and control budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs to ensure profitability
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and organizational policies
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance brand positioning and competitiveness
