Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have Knowledge about Lean Management.
∎ Perform on the 5S management system.
∎ Overall responsibilities of IE & Planning Dept
∎ Control Excessive overtime , reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management
∎ Develop SMV data bank, Machine layout, Line layout & organize the line setup.
∎ Improve Individual efficiency, productivity , Proper solving method, Reduce line gap, WIP, Bottleneck & line balancing for optimum output.
∎ Best Practice to improve productivity of Method study, Capacity study, production study has to ensure.Set other assignment by the management time to time.
∎ Ability to prepare production plan as well as line plan.
∎ Analysis of production alter,reject,rework & report to the Management.
∎ Calculate SMV on garments sketch for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
∎ Determine standard minute value to set up production target and planning.
∎ Make final layout for bulk production.
∎ Work to enhance line balancing.
∎ Make style wise line balancing report (before & after) for buying house.
∎ Prepare and maintain style wise layout and OB (operation breakdown).
∎ Recommend the best methods of space, manpower, material and equipment utilization in production facilities.
∎ Maintain record for time study data.
∎ Ensure optimum use of man, machine, material and method.
∎ Attend P.P meeting with production staff.
∎ Participate the daily & monthly production meeting for every new style.
∎ Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency.
∎ Calculate fabric & thread consumption.
∎ Observe the processes and develop idea for method improvement for production floor.
∎ Other task will be assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Garment Sector: IE, Lean Management, Planning
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc.)
∎ Optimum Capacity utilization, facility & site planning
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Manpower Planning.
