Productivity & Line Capacity Support

• Assist in analyzing labor productivity and estimating line capacity for new styles.

CMT & Cost Estimation

• Support in preparing CMT and productivity data for merchandising.

Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze KPI data, assist in monthly trend reporting and benchmarking.

Style & Method Optimization

• Participate in SAM reduction efforts through method improvement and style simplification.

Operation Bulletin Preparation

• Draft OBs, line layouts, and thread charts under manager’s guidance.

Manpower Data Support

• Assist in manpower planning and departmental strength analysis.

Coordination Tasks

• Liaise with planning, HR, and production teams for updates and implementation.

Audit & Compliance

• Conduct line audits to ensure OB and layout compliance.
• Report deviations and suggest corrective actions.

Incentive Reporting

• Prepare and submit production incentive data for review.

Learning & Development

• Engage in lean manufacturing training and contribute to implementation projects.

R&D Participation

• Support sample development and research activities.
