Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and provide layouts, identify critical operation and special machines.
∎ Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action.
∎ Ensuring each process capacity is 5% above the day target.
∎ Conduct training for operator skill improvement.
∎ Ensuring SMV savings: 5000 minutes per month.
∎ Conduct critical operation operator training.
∎ Ensuring process improvement: 3 process each month.
∎ Ensuring NPT reduction, Lost time recording(NPT) and update it at off standard database , Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study to develop Productivity.
∎ Ensuring Improvement of bottle neck operation capacity by 5% each day.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization & wastage reduction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Lingerie experienced candidate will get preference
