Job Responsibilities:
∎ IE Executive for Knits Composite Unit
∎ ***If you do not have a min experience of 3 years in Work Study/IE in Knit Apparel Factory please do not apply****
∎ Composite Knit Factory with 34 lines looking for IE Executive who are capable of successfully setting up & running a IE & Work Study Dept. If you are up to the challenge & have the capability & Technical Skills required we would like to meet you with.
∎ Provide support to production department for all out final output.
∎ Ensure the integration of all functions of the department to other departments.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time
∎ Check and ensure the layout.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work - In - Process (WIP).
∎ Analyze the bottle - neck process.
∎ Method study.
∎ Knit Garments Production, SMV Calculation, waste reduction, Productivity increase, LEAN Technology, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning etc
∎ Grade the operator for new or existing. Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Follow - up the production and take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Ensure the follow - up of the cut bundle sheet in the line to ensure efficient assembly operation without any system loss.
∎ Implement GSD method in the production floor.
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system.
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Person should have Graduate from any discipline, but have knowledge of industrial engineering practices.
∎ Good technical and organizational skills required.
∎ Should have experience in the Production, Inspection, Floor/Line Management, Production
∎ Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing).
∎ Applicants should have experience in the Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments (Woven & Knitting),
∎ Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Buying House (Garments).
∎ Incumbent from Garments sector are preferred.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Computer operation.
∎ Proficient in both written & spoken English.
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership ability.Good Communication Skills
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suit especially in Excel, internet & email.
