Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, a modern and rapidly growing healthcare institution in Dhaka, is committed to providing specialized and compassionate care. We are currently looking for skilled and dedicated ICA (Intensive Care Assistant) for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in neonatal or critical care support and be passionate about working with newborn patients under the supervision of doctors and nurses.
Job Responsibilities
Assist doctors and nurses in providing intensive care to newborns in the NICU.
Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to medical staff promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and infection control within the NICU environment.
Support in the preparation and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.
Help in feeding, bathing, and basic nursing care for neonates as instructed.
Ensure proper handling and transportation of newborn patients.
Maintain patient records and assist in documentation as required.
Follow all NICU protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies strictly.
Coordinate effectively with medical and support teams for continuous patient care.
Stay alert and calm during emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures when required.
