HVAC Engineers are responsible for HVAC systems
Heat Loss/Heat Gain calculations
Ductwork design and distribution
Chilled water piping design and distribution
Candidates need to be highly self-directed and capable Maintenance and service. We are looking for talented individuals who can effectively manage their time and workload to complete work timely
Knowledge about firefighting system
Knowledge of Building codes (ASHRAE, BNBC, NFPA)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Service Coordinator assists the Service Department
- Monitoring and Problem-Solving Daikin Water Cooled Chillers, Samsung and Walton VRF system and Small Split AC, firefighting system preventative and Schedule maintenance service repairs & replacements and on call working
