Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
  • B.Sc. in Nursing (from a recognized institution). Diploma with extensive experience may consider.

  • Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC).

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in OT / Postoperative care.

  • Previous supervisory or in-charge role will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and manage all nursing activities in OT and Postoperative Ward.

  • Ensure safe and efficient pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.

  • Coordinate nursing schedules, duty rosters, and staff allocation.

  • Monitor infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate junior nurses.

  • Prepare OT bill, coordinate with bill section for payment of surgeon and others.

  • Ensure proper logistic management of OT and Postoperative Ward.

  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication with management.

  • Handle emergencies and critical situations promptly.
