Educational Requirements:
∎ A Disaster Management professional having Bachelor Degree in Social Studies, Disaster Management or in related discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract up to August 31, 2026
∎ Duty Station: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Job Purpose: The Project Coordinator is a mid-level position. The incumbent must have excellent management expertise in the areas of Disaster Preparedness, Response and Recovery. You will be mainly responsible to execute PEER plan and keep ourselves ready to respond in 24 hours. You will have to work closely with programmes team (within Concern) to develop their capacities so that they can respond principled emergencies through and with partner. You will have to work with our local partners to develop their capacities to respond to emergencies. You need to represent Concern in different forums.

Salary:
∎ BDT 91,400/- to BDT 116,652/-

∎ Festival allowance (02), Baisakhi allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Life and Hospitalisation Insurance coverages, OPD coverage, Mobile ceiling and other admissible benefits as per organisational policy.
