Job Context:
∎ Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK), a national level non-government women`s organization, mandated to promote gender equality, human rights and fostering personal and political empowerment of women and girls in Bangladesh. NUK extended its eye care services under its integrated health and family development Programme in Kishoreganj district with the mission is to provide high quality eye care services to the rural poor for prevention and control of needless and avoidable blindness in Bangladesh. Now, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) operating an independent Kishoreganj Eye Hospital (KEH), Egaroshindur Community Hospital, NUK Eye Hospital and health based donor projects in Kishoreganj District and Dhaka.
∎ Currently, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) is looking for a dedicated, hard-working and self-motivated Human Resources Officer who is capable to maintain organizational HR Operational tasks in timely manner.
∎ Candidate who have goal oriented, risk and challenge taker, achiever and excellent leader with have relevant field experiences and ability to work under stressful/workload job context are encouraged to apply confidently.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain staffs attendance, leaves;
∎ Handling entire recruitment, yearly increment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, demotion etc;
∎ Facilitate the orientation for new joiners and conduct refresher orientation on HR Policy
∎ Strong skills on Job Analysis and preparing job Description for all staff who are engage in different field;
∎ Conduct performance Appraisal of staffs timely;
∎ Facilitate HR related internal and external trainings when as required;
∎ Coordination with management team, project head, other support department head;
∎ Other task assigned by the management;
∎ Willingness to monthly field visits in district level field offices;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills required; Labor Law, Excellent in communication, High interpersonal skill, Multi-tasker, Goal oriented, Analytical skill, Team Work, problem solving, HRM software, Report writing.
∎ At least 03 years of experience in HR. Preferably in development sector/ Hospital;
∎ Experience in HR operations, Training, Performance Management areas;
∎ Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Should have excellent level IT (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skill. The incumbent must be able to prepare budget using Excel and prepare presentation in using PowerPoint independently.
∎ Typing skills in English and Bangla is required
∎ Ability to work under stressful/workload job context
∎ Willingness for frequent travels between Dhaka and project offices/hospitals. Candidates who have not willing or problem in travelling is no need to apply.
Salary:
∎ Competitive salary package will be offered for deserving candidate. Candidate may share their current salary and minimum expected salary for this role in their application.
