Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in HR or any subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities1 : Ensure the respect and implementation of the mission policies and procedures (recruitment, induction, assessment, training)
∎ Support on recruitment and selection process within HI Bangladesh by ensuring application of HR standards and procedures during the process.
∎ Support Senior HR Officer on implementation HI-BGD employee recruitment procedures and policies
∎ Schedule and organize interviews in cooperation with Senior HR Officer; inform unsuccessful applicants
∎ Organize staff induction and other training when necessary
∎ Responsibilities 2: Managing the national human resources
∎ Provide information and assistance to staff on human resource and work related issues when required
∎ Update HR software regularly with employee data
∎ File and archive national staff personnel files regularly;
∎ Manage and life insurance coverage for staff and their dependents in contact with Dhaka HR
∎ Electronic Pay slip should be distribute to staff regularly & proper filing of the pay slip (soft)
∎ Employee attendance management as per HI policy
∎ Maintain & create a contact list for staff
∎ Collect & share the staff medical invoice and share with Dhaka team
∎ Responsible for employee ID card & business card
∎ Monitor cleanliness, hygiene of office
∎ Managing and update leave for national staff in the software for Cox Bazar
∎ This job description remains flexible and may evolve according to the programme's needs and to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Knowledge & experience required
∎ At least 2-3 years' experience in human resource management in reputed development organization in similar role
∎ Excellent analytical and numerical skills
∎ Ability to priorities, strong organizational skills
∎ Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
∎ Real motivation for working in the humanitarian sector
∎ PGDHRM is preferable
∎ Skills required
∎ Computer skills: excel, word, PowerPoint
∎ Communication skills: Excellent communications skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Knowledge about HR Software

Salary: Tk. 49952 - 52922 (Monthly)

Presently HI Bangladesh is implementing projects on integrating disability in community based disaster risk reduction and response; economic empowerment of extreme poor persons with disabilities; mainstreaming disability in livelihood interventions; support to refugees and surrounding communities;, capacity building of professional associations; and support to Disabled People`s Organizations; among others.”
